The Sokoto State Primary Healthcare Development Agency (SSPHCDA) is the lead government body responsible for coordinating and implementing primary healthcare services across Sokoto State. Established to bring healthcare closer to the people, SSPHCDA works through the Primary Health Care Under One Roof (PHCUOR) policy to ensure that services are unified, integrated, and people-centered.
